We just moved to Salem and had noticed the advertisements for Thomas Orthodontics. My two oldest needed braces and we had taken them to other orthodontists. They both already had so much work done and I was so frustrated from previous intense ortho work and intense payments. I decided to take a chance and try Dr. Thomas. I felt peace with my choice. I liked that it was close and I was excited to try someone new with the most updated methods. I expected it to be painful for my kids and my pocketbook (as were my previous experiences). So I made appointments to have the initial exams. The prices amazed me. It was quite a bit less than the quotes I had already received. I was now excited, even more so to find out the duration and expectations of them wearing the braces was a lot less as well. So we jumped in, still expecting all the pain and misery of braces. However, again to my surprise, the pain was very minimal to what we had previously experienced with the older style braces. Dr. Thomas and his staff have always treated me and my family with such kindness and respect. It is nice to go somewhere that treats you like a person and not a paycheck. I love how great they are to listen to and care about each individual child. I recommend Dr. Thomas to everyone, especially my friends and family! And if/when child #4 and #5 need braces, we will come back to Dr. Thomas.

When we learned we needed to find an orthodontist for our daughter, we shopped around. We visited several orthodontists and out of all of them, we chose Thomas Orthodontics. We chose them for their friendly staff and professional atmosphere, excellent no-interest financing and most importantly for Dr. Thomas. He has excellent credentials and is very kind, personable and put my 10 year old, very nervous daughter, completely at ease! We love them so much that we now have a second child in braces. We would highly recommend Dr. Thomas for all your orthodontic needs!
Thomas Orthodontics is a great place to get braces. The Dr. is always so nice. We also have loved his sense of humor. He loves to joke around with the kids and always makes them feel so comfortable. All the assistants on staff are so kind and cute with the kids. The staff always takes the time to do a great job to please the customers. This office has the best prices with great services. Alyssa was my first daughter to get braces and I definitely will be bringing my 2 other kids here to get orthodontic work done! Thanks Thomas Orthodontics!
Dr. Thomas and his staff are the best around. They are all very friendly and extremely nice. I have enjoyed my experience and love my straight teeth! Dr. Thomas has been very accommodating to my schedule. He has gone above and beyond in working me in for unscheduled appointments. He even came in on Father’s Day to help me out in an emergency before I went out of town. I would recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone!
